Poster: NAB-Sure^TM assay using dried blood spot samples

This study focuses on the importance of highly sensitive technologies for measuring population immune status efficiently and affordably. Neutralizing Antibody (NAb) titers are crucial for assessing protection against viral infections. The NAB-Sure^TM assay represents a significant advancement over conventional methods like PRNT and PsVNA with a faster, more efficient workflow, the ability to run high-throughput assays using basic lab equipment, and consistent results across different labs. NAB-Sure enables NAb quantification even from Dried Blood Spot (DBS) samples, facilitating at-home sampling and community surveillance.
