Publication: NYS Dept of Health NAB-Sure™ study using dried blood spots

This preprint evaluated contrived dried blood spots (DBS) eluates and serum samples from convalescent, fully vaccinated and pre-COVID-19 samples using PRNT, a SARS-CoV-2 specific 8-plex microsphere immunoassay, a cell-based pseudovirus assay, spike-ACE2 inhibition assays, and the SPEAR NAB-Sure™ qPCR assay. Results showed NAB-Sure with high concordance to PRNT with the advantage of being ultra-sensitive and amenable to scale-up and automation.
