Before joining Spear Bio, Zidong Wang served as Senior Director of Process Engineering at Quanterix Corporation, where he led major initiatives in new product development and addressed manufacturability challenges to improve quality and reduce costs. He previously held senior leadership roles in product development and operations at Breas Medical, Siemens, and Dow Chemical.
Zidong holds a Ph.D. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is passionate about building scalable platforms that integrate technical innovation with operational excellence to advance scientific discovery and translational research.
